Which WMS platforms do you support?

Current rulebooks cover Deposco, Manhattan Associates, Extensiv, CHQ, and ODW. If yours isn't listed, reach out! We can scope a custom rulebook.

What file formats do you accept?

Excel (.xlsx, .xls) and CSV. If your data is stored elsewhere, send us a note, and we'll work it out.

What's in the change report?

Every change documented: original value, corrected value, the rule that flagged it, and a severity level (Error, Warning, Info). Nothing changed without a record.

How is client data handled?

Your data is processed securely and not retained after delivery. The validation rulebooks are proprietary — you receive the clean output, not the underlying logic.

Do I need a retainer?
